Terms of Service

1. About the Service

FeeOracle provides data on Solana priority fees in two forms: through a programmatic API (Starter and Pro plans) and through Telegram notifications (Signal plan).

Public beta. FeeOracle is in public beta: features, data and the fee methodology may still change while we build it.

AI-written commentary (Signal). When fees reach a high level, the Signal alert is followed by a short commentary written by an AI model (Anthropic's Claude) and labeled "(automated commentary)". It describes network data only, does not tell you to buy or sell, and does not predict prices.

All data and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only. FeeOracle does not constitute financial advice and does not guarantee any outcome of actions taken based on the data provided.

2. Plans and Payment

The following plans are available:

Payment is made as a one-time USDC transfer on the Solana network to the address provided. There is no automatic renewal — access ends when the paid period expires, and a new payment is required to continue.

Customers are identified by the wallet address used for their first payment. Paying from a different wallet creates a new customer rather than renewing the existing subscription.

Renewals and plan changes:

3. How the Data Works (Methodology)

Network fee data is collected by automatically polling Solana via RPC every 60 seconds. Recommendations (low/standard/high) are calculated from this sample across several monitored programs (Jupiter, Raydium, Orca, Pump.fun). During the public beta this methodology is being reviewed and may change; field definitions are listed in the API reference on the home page.

Figures may lag behind the actual state of the network by up to 60 seconds. FeeOracle does not guarantee that a recommendation precisely reflects network conditions at the moment a customer submits a specific transaction, nor does it guarantee the success or final cost of such a transaction.

4. Restoring Access

If access to an API key is lost, it can be restored independently by signing a confirmation message with the same wallet used for payment (no fee, no new payment required). Restoration is only available while the subscription is active.

5. Fair Use

Customers agree to stay within the request limits of their plan. Sharing an API key with third parties or reselling access is prohibited. FeeOracle reserves the right to revoke a key if misuse or an attempt to circumvent usage limits is detected.

6. Refunds

Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible at the blockchain level, and FeeOracle cannot guarantee refunds. Disputed cases (e.g., a mistaken or duplicate payment) are reviewed individually upon request — email support@feeoracle.com with the transaction signature.

7. Service Availability

The service is provided on a best-effort basis, without any guarantee of continuous, uninterrupted operation. FeeOracle is not liable for temporary unavailability of the API caused by technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

FeeOracle is not liable for any trading or other decisions made by a customer based on the service's data, including any financial losses. Use of the service constitutes agreement that all data is provided for informational purposes and does not replace the customer's own analysis.

9. Changes to These Terms

FeeOracle reserves the right to modify these terms, plans, and pricing. The current version of these terms is always published on this page; continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of them.
